Maine Lobster, the main course, is served fresh. Sitting atop a shiny, metallic oval plate is the juicy, deep red lobster. It sits upon a bed of deep green leafy garnishment. A small, white, vertically ribbed container sits near the lobster's tail and is filled with butter-sauce. Two halves of lemon sit core-up, adorning the plate, one on either side of the lobster.
